Creating Communication Drills

For instance, we can try blindfold drills and a three-team scrimmage, starting from no talking to using hand signals, and finally both. We could implement pressure scrimmages requiring quick decisions. I’ll also consider protocols for pre-game huddles, halftime processes, and debriefs. It's important to address different team dynamics, like youth versus adults and amateur versus pro. Let’s keep it concise while adding common pitfalls and next steps for more tailored programs.

    • 约束式训练:限制运球/触球数、强制弱侧发起,逼出读秒决策与非持球沟通。
  • 复盘机制:
    • SBI法(情境-行为-影响)做个人与小组反馈,避免贴标签。
    • 赛后10-10-10:10秒情绪清空、10句关键事件、10分钟决定两项保留一项改进。
    • 领导力数据板:统计“有效呼叫次数、补位提醒、正向激励、无声失误修复”等行为指标。
